Can't get hold of anyone on the phone just an automated message which keeps telling me to do it on line but I have to print forms out to fill them in which is all well and good but I dont have a printer and I'm not able to talk to a real person which means I have to make a journey down to the jobcentre myself which is hard as I have cancer and chemo has took its toll so cant get there on my own 😡

Just hope you don't get to see Glenda...especially if you have any form of disability. She'll have you in work next week even if you don't know your date of birth!
