I suggest anyone trying to engage with this company to carefully read the negative reviews. Based on my experience, they are all very likely to be true. I personally found this company not capable of solving even a simple issue. I had to follow up frequently on the issues raised, they were not competent nor helpful at all and replied that it was the other party's fault. They sent my last payment with more than 2 months delay.

This agency are an absolute disgrace. I have had nothing but problems with them. Incompetent and unscrupulous unable to resolve problems that they cause. Leaving workers out of pocket through their negligence. The pension scam is disgusting. Their customer care is almost nonexistent.

I'd never ever recommend any umbrella company they are a joke. They take your money from you and double tax you they always mess up your pays and don't pay you where you have to chase it and chase it and after keeping onto them for months they still get it wrong. STAY AWAY guys NEVER trust them

Unprofessional cheats!! - stay away if requiring an umbrella company (contracting roles). They add additional fees in payslips which cannot be justified; do not pay what is in your contract with the company you work for; do not admit they are wrong; enrolled into their pension scheme and very difficult to get out. Dangerous company to work with. Very draining experience!!!

On a £600 wage, over £200 of deductions. Not only do they take tax and ni, but also add on a £60 employment charge, and a £20 charge.... Surely this can't be legal! Stay away from this company, or you'll be working for peanuts.😫

I also love that their payslips give you a breakdown and rhey are happy to further explain any questions you have. Jodhi was great when it came to signing me up. I was having so many issues with a previous umbrella and was eager to move ASAP; she did everything so quickly, it was amazing. 100% recommended!
