Brought some overalls on the 8th Nov on a 1-2 day delivery service. It's now the 16th and they still haven't been shipped. I have emailed them 3 days in a row to find out what is going on but no reply. Going to have to put in a claim with my card provider now. Very disappointing as the first order with them was fine. If there is a problem just let your customers know, don't ignore them!!
