* AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE * I would like an immediate refund on both orders please. According to my Royal Mail tracking you received the first item back on the 9th June . The first item was not as described due to its tatty appearance and under the consumer rights act I am entitled to a full and immediate refund including the return postage which set me back another £5.39 (see attached receipt). Order number : 406774. After sending back the original order I then made another purchase trusting that it would then go smoothly but it got worse! I payed for another pair of expensive shoes and additional express delivery at an extra cost of £10 and nothing arrived! I am flabagasted, this has been extremely inconvenient, emails, phone calls, trip to the post office, payed more than £200 on items including delivery and no clue what's happening with the misplaced item or either refund! This is easily the worst online shopping experience ever and will be going to my bank to action a pay back procedure if I am not fully refunded immediately.

DO NOT USE - absolutely shocking service. paid for next day delivery, took the day off work to wait for it and no show of parcel, had to chase for receipts, no tracking info at all & no communication from their email that they provided and somehow their shop has no ability to communicate to their management either. No guarantee that my item will arrive either, appalling business. Wish i checked the reviews before ordering. If its the case like the other reviews where people havent had any communication/refunds - will be reporting to trading standards. Lad who works in the shop is sound as tho.

Wish I checked the reviews before ordering. My item arrived 5 days late, after I paid for next day delivery. During this time there was no communication, and it was an expensive item. I still haven’t received a response to my emails, let alone a refund of the next day delivery fee.

Thought I'd leave a review as I'm shocked at the 1 star reviews, but obviously can only speak to my experience. Have been using WCH for the past year or so and only have positive things to say about them. Large variety of brands/styles of clothing and almost always a quality sale on. The points system is also a massive bonus as you actually earn some decent kickback rather than the odd 50p like some other sites around.

Paid for next day delivery as I needed things for holiday. They didn’t arrive next day and one of the items is currently lost. The response I got from CS is; As your parcel was dispatched from us without error, and has been marked by the couriers as delivered, we are no longer able to provide further assistance with the receipt of your parcel. The couriers can provide you with further information about the whereabouts of your parcel. So in summation, they ship it late and if you have an issue they don’t care. Not really anything heroic about that.

i place a order on the 25 march i got told it got dispatched on the 28 march with the money taken from my account it now 10 day later am still waiting i email them asking what the problem is i was told it because royal mail are buzy witch is not true dont order from them the service it shocking !

I was a bit concerned about some of the negative reviews, but WCH was the only shop stocking my item so I took my chances. Turns out I didn't need to be concerned, the item was dispatched within a couple of hours, and arrived by DPD the following day. The service I received was flawless, and I'll be back again as a customer in the future.
