AVOID AT ALL COST!!! false reference and the union (Stephen) did nothing to challenge them. I wrote all the challenging emails and they would simply forward them onto the employer without any input. They dragged out the process and did nothing to get the employer to provide evidence. After all that I was told to go to ACAS for deformation.... also the office manager literally shouted and screamed at me down the phone when I questioned their poor support.

Avoid, after getting friends and family to join. The union did nothing to assist me. I ended up losing my job and had no support from them, left messages and they failed to return calls, eventually I got through and they told me that they were busy. My colleague also had no help. We both quit. Save your time and money. The reply below is not factual. The person in the call centre was rude and told me that the union was busy and I should have some consideration for others who had lost their jobs. At no point were they concerned that I was losing my own. Throughout the ordeal all I was offered was telephone communication informing me of what I needed to do, this was scarcely adequate as I needed support. The union offered none. They operate with scant regard to their members. I have told all the people I encouraged to join to not bother. My colleague was also left high and dry with an industrial injury claim. Ineffective.

What at con! They act like they are going to help people but are they are the most incompetent group of people that I have came across. They made me believe I had a case when being sacked from my work for not taking the jab. They where brilliant at the start my ex employer was on the back foot with how well they presented the case at the beginning. Once the company officially sacked me, workers of England became useless. Hard to get hold of when questions needed to be answered, claiming they had sent emails I never received. Leaving everything to the last minute which left me in a panic and stressed trying to rush documents with a day or hours to go before submitting them. When I could have been told a few weeks prior. Then workers of England also submitted stuff on my behalf after the deadline. Which ultimately left me at a disadvantage. My former employer than launched a counter claim againsts myself. Workers of England left me with no hope and seemed like they really couldn't but arsed to deal with the case. In the end it felt like a purposely Sabotage by case! I'm not saying that was there intentions to do that but that's how it felt!

Useless. Avoid. Never replied to emails asking for legal advice for a tribunal case they were supposed to be supporting. Heard the same from others they have also messed about and failed to support. Showed zero interest throughout the case and have messed up several cases including ‘without prejudice" exit settlement negotiations and contracts as well as whistleblowing cases.
