    I received a call from Rosetta Norona, she interviewed and took all my details for a role available in London. When I asked if she was from the company she said no we’re working for the company, When asked if she was a part of the Recruitment team she hesitated like she wasn’t sure how to answer and just said ‘yeah kind of’. Didn’t answer any more questions just said she will send me an email confirmation and I’ll have to wait for the interview call. No email, no phone call for 2 weeks. When I called, it went straight to voicemail. The company’s phone wasn’t working. And when I filled in a query form I got an automated email saying it has been passed on to the resourcing team and someone will be in touch with me, that was a week ago. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and appalling customer service by this company. I have left an email to ask for my details to be removed. I would not want companies like these to have my details and would never work with them.
