Her understanding and humour was inspirational and was key to getting my career and life back in order. Today I've had my 1st follow up review for my Heart & Mind Health Check. Fiona set me some tough targets last year after a bit of an eye opening consultation. It was brilliant to see the difference in my follow up review today. The consultations are very professional and she makes you feel at ease whilst also giving great advice on ways to improve your results.
