Michael Street was brilliant all the way through - from proposing ideas, explaining the quote breakdown and communicating the plan. He was in communication every few days to update us on the works and the plans going forward. This helped us organise our work and home throughout the whole works, and it reduced our stress levels! His team were all polite and always on time. They worked well together and kept us up to date with what they were doing and offered suggestions. Michael often asked for honest feedback during the works so that he could make adjustments to plans/schedules which meant the final product was absolutely as we had imagined. A full recommendation.
