So cold .. at least there are loos but an hour waiting for a train delayed was a miserable cold experience . Surely a vending machine if it doesn’t warrant a cafe . Clean modern station with lifts but hopeless for waiting .

The one big flaw of this station is the lack of facilities. Although the staff are friendly and useful and the station it's self is well kept, it's all let down by how bare it is. I would strongly suggest an addition of a cafe or a vending machine as well as some warm areas to wait. If you miss your train you are practically stranded with nothing but a chilly seating area.

One of the employees of this train station a very helpful worker, Laura Scott was very helpful when the trains were in delay she was very kind to order all the remaining train users along with me a taxi in order for us to make us go home nice and safety she did this kind deed whilst it was time for her to go, a five star rating thank you Laura Scott.

The station is new, and very clean but outside of toilets and a very cold seating area there are no facilities at this station. It would really benefit from a small coffee stall on the bridge area.

I assume that the brief to the firm that designed this station was to create somewhere as unpleasant as possible so anyone unlucky enough to change trains here will take the car in future. It's new and clean, but there's only a few seats inside (which is really cold) and no covering on the platforms which are exposed to the wind. Who on earth approved this?! Avoid at all costs.
