My wife went for a colonoscopy today in the mobile unit on kidderminster hospital car park. Mike Scott, Leah Baillie and Mr Mohammed Razayee were absolutely fantastic! She was very nervous. They were professional, kind and very reassuring. They even played music she liked to help her feel more relaxed and talked to her to keep her calm. They checked that she wasn’t in discomfort throughout. Such a fantastic team. Can’t thank them enough!

Just had an online video consultation for physio this morning, excellent, easy to access once the physio rang me first and then we both went online to use video call to take me through exercises, she could see me and could guide me through. She was so helpful and will email me the exercises she is prescribing, I'm going into isolation prior to surgery next week so the prospect of going in for a face to face appointment by a total of four buses to get to WRH and back was out of the question, this made it so much easier, big thank you for using new technology to help those with mobility issues.

The three girls that saw me today to remove my coil were great, it has been a difficult one to remove and I certainly wasn't looking forward to it, after another failed attempt at my doctors that morning, 2 scans and a cancelled Gynaecology appointent, the girls were very professional, very friendly and helped me relax, the removal was a success. Thank you 😀
