We Travelled 8 hours to view an Alphard I saw online, asked Paul loads of questions before travelling, nothing was too much trouble, he has many Alphards and Elgrands on offer at various prices, but all pristine. They have imported for 25 years so know what there is to know! I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase if an Alphard 3.5, the price, the service, the hospitality and would absolutely buy from them again.

We have just purchased a used Elgrand E52, and are due to pick this up on Saturday, so this review is based on everything up to and including purchase. I can honestly say from start to finish it has been a pleasure to deal with this business, no pressure, time and advice given, Just Exceptional Service so far with polite and professional pleasent people. If the rest of our journey is as good as this part, and i have no reason to believe it wont be, then it will be the best car purchase experience I have been involved in. UPDATE: 04/02/2023 Today we collected our new vehicle ... Again the service was exceptional, Paul walked through all the paperwork and answered all our questions, even helped us purchase the car tax. Then spent however much time we needed to get used to the car ... Simply Perfect. So much so we cant wait to go back for our service and MOT. It is very rare you find this type of non pressure, helpfull service. Cant recommend highly enough. Thankyou for making this such an easy thing to do.

Upon recommendation we called ahead to enquire and subsequently visited WRM. They were friendly, no pressure, and their knowledge and understanding of the vehicles they sell is second to none. They had the vehicle i was interested in, all ready, and we looked at many others to gain a good insight into which would suit my requirements best. I ended up buying a different vehicle to my original enquiry as Paul was amazing, knowledgeable and accomodating, talking us through each car. We bought a vehicle, and they picked us up from train station to collect. I am delighted with my car the best decision ever. Do not hesitate to go here if you're looking for an import, you will not be disappointed.all the cars we viewed were in tip top condition. Well done guys, restoring my faith in car dealers
