Utter shambles. Cannot speak to anyone; cannot email anyone; cannot get any answers to simple questions; cannot progress. Fair and professional it is not. Service standards are not honoured. And there is no way forward, complete impasse because they cannot clarify a simple date. Email or call as much as you want, nothing ever happens. Been waiting over a week to get a simple answer. I get the usual line, which I'm sure is used widely, 'we will call you back within 24 hours', which then became 48 hours, which has now become a week. I will be lodging a complaint, which will probably be handled by the very person who is responsible for all these service failings.
