FIRST TIME BOATER Hired the Marbled Wren for a week. The older chap who explained the boat was very knowledgeable and patient. The girl who explained the locks was helpful and funny, (in a good way) Amazing week. Worcester to Cadburys world, Stopping at Hanbury Warf and various other stops. 10/10 BRILLIANT HOLIDAY. Highly recommend.

We picked up a canal boat here but they weren't very thorough with the checks they did on the boat (we later discovered the alternator belt had issues so we had issues with the electricity for the first couple of days, which we had to deal with until we found a new marina). Due to this, we lost time and the route we chose was not very realistic to finish within the allotted time limit already (which they didn't warn us about). We were eventually able to have our boat sorted out by another marina who also helped us and advised us on another route, being really professional about it.
