I ordered a roller shutter garage door from Worcester garage doors after having a number of quotes for similar doors. The sales person that came around was Joe and he seemed very knowledgeable. When I had made the decision to purchase, I had to pay half up front. The company emailed me within a couple of days of payment to give me an installation date, which would be about 6 weeks away. This allowed me to ensure that my new garage was painted and ready for the new door. The fitters arrived as per the email and started around 9am. By 1030 they had finished, and I was really happy with the outcome. The fitters were very quick as I there was no old doors to take away or remove and I had an electric socket installed just for the new door. I have had the new door less than a week and it works as expected. It is fully automated and has the safety feature that will not allow it to close on anything. The latest email says to keep the manufacturers guarantee I must have it serviced every year which costs around £100, so will need to think about that. But as it stands at the moment, I am really happy with the door and would recommend Worcester Garage Doors.

Excellent product and service. Garage doors were delivered at the date and time quoted. Fitted without any problems and demonstrated on how they operated. Old doors were taken away and the garage was left clean and tidy. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Worcester Garage Doors.They are very efficient company and their work and products are excellent.

We had our garage door fitted 12 months ago and it is only now, having booked in the annual service review that I have realised that I hadn’t posted a review at the time. I meant to do a review straight away as it was only fair to other browsers as I had no knowledge of this company before I researched online. I had never read such an amazing collection of reviews tbh. However, in our experience, the reviews are 100% justified! From initial query, to quote, fit and follow up - the service has been top class. We may not have the cheapest garage door in the world, but it is so worth it. Of all house related purchases over the years, this was one of our very favourites. Who knew you could be excited about a garage door?! 😳 Very satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
