Put my car in for it's MOT and oil service. Decided to wait at the service centre for the majority of time. My only gripe is that the estimated wait was three hours for completion when booking. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30am and left at 14:45pm. However, Isabel the service advisor was pleasant and very helpful. Offering updates and drinks at regular intervals. I saved money on my initial quote and signed up for a service plan that I highly recommend. Not paying for my MOT and oil service on the day which is covered in the plan. Highly recommended.

What a breath of fresh air - My car purchase was so easy from start to finish. My first visit to the show room had me met by such welcoming and down to earth receptionists. One in particular went above and beyond, made me feel at Ease right away by making me a coffee and chatting regular "daughter stuff". I was soon greeted by Mr Hussain (Arif) Who was on top form the entire time. Knew what questions to ask respectfully concerning my needs and budget, found me the cars he thought suitable, took me to see the cars and sit in them so I knew what I actually wanted, we ordered car the same day and I got it with a few weeks.not only did I get the perfect car but I got peace of mind and regular updates from MR Hussain. Can not recommend him enough. A fantastic team member and credit to Audi and Listers .

Brilliant company to deal with the Q5 I wanted was in Birmingham and they had it delivered to Worcester so I could view the car no commitment, it’s a lovely car Chris the sales manager looked after me well at the handover the car was in a heated room for the handover which was good as it was raining Listers are a good honest company to deal with

Incredibly efficient experience from Toby and the service team at Worcester Audi, got my car in for 8am and had it back the same day after a warranty job! Communication was faultless throughout the process and the car was cleaned for me as well! Although I hadn't bought a car from themselves, and unfortunately hadn't been able to fulfil a sale with Arif, they're custom was second to none. Thank you!
