BE WARY OF BOOKING THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They are stringent with the check-in times so, if for any reason you are delayed, they will not allow you to check-in and deem you a no show. Save yourself the hassle and ensure that anywhere you book has a 24hr manned desk else, you will be paying for this oversight as I and others have done. Poor establishment service.

Please, please, please do yourselves a favour and DO NOT STAY here. I turned up after a long day, expecting to be shown my bed, only to be told by the very unempatitic staff member that my bed had been resold due to a block booking. I booked through Agoda who should this awful establishment off their site. It looked dirty and I regard the above as a blessing in disguise. I have yet to receive a refund too.
