There are trash bins outside of Ashley block (for postgraduate) that has been sitting full for a month now. Nobody removes them, nobody empties them. And now this has attracted pests to the hall. There is a mouse (or mice who knows if it is only one mouse or a bloody colony) in Ashley block. Avoid this Place.
