Really good experience. Accedently ordered my wool to my last address and within 24 hours (over the Easter period) they had cancelled and refunded my order so that I could order it again to the correct address. It arrived 2 days later. Super good service

Excellent products and professional friendly service. I ordered from Woolstack twice, first time this spring, my order was packed very next day and my parcel arrived to Croatia shortly. As I travelled to London in June/July, I asked whether it was possible to arrange delivery to my hotel in London. Kev replied that they would be happy to do it. And, yes, he did it. He advised about the date of shipment, which I agreed. As said, my parcel arrived in two days, I can't explain how happy I was. Not to mention beautiful yarn. I recommend Woolstack and I will continue with my orders.
