Mouldy ducks! We collected our ducks Christmas eve morning. They all went straight in our fridge. Opened them Christmas morning to find all three were mouldy to varying degrees. Christmas day lunch for 17 people ruined. Boxing day curries for Christmas lunch as a result. Then tescos saved the day for a boxing day roast. We actually kill and eat out own birds throughout the year but the fox ate our Christmas ducks so we had to buy this year. There's absolutely zero excuse for the kind of poor prep and storage that has caused this.

I bought a goose for Xmas (£86) from this farm. I collected it on the 23rd Dec and stored it in my fridge. I opened the box on Christmas Day and found the goose to be mouldy! The farm refused to refund me and tried to sell me another goose on the 27th! The poultry are stored for collection in filthy rooms in the farm house. Never buy from this farm. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
