The Chapel is built on high ground, away from the road and houses, giving it a rural countryside feel. The Chapel seats approx 100 mourners. Big enough for a large gathering , but small enough for a more intimate service. Car park holds about 100 cars . There is also a service road for excess vehicles. Grounds are kept well maintained and peaceful. Recently a post box has been added near the gardens of rememberance , where letters of love and personal memories can be posted, the messages are picked up by the crematorium staff so no stamp is needed, as they remain at the crematorium

Waiting in the cars ready to leave for the Crematorium then get a message from the Undertaker in front car to say Woollensbrook couldn't even manage to clear the ice and snow and all funerals cancelled that day. Why didnt you use the mini slow plough that was parked in the entrance??Hardly a surprise was it as its been around for a few days. Disgusting. They are paid to provide a very sensitive service then can't provide it. Still had to hold the Wake as it was too late to cancel. Wouldn't even return my calls. Woollensbrook management you should lose your licence . One oerson left to tell all the mourners then told them to have a nice day!!@

As a family we all decided that this would be the last resting place of our dad and husband (Asaf) who we buried in October 2022. The grounds are well kept and is surprisingly quiet even though its close to the A10.

Was here yesterday 27th Jan 2022. This crematorium is a lovely place and was absolutely packed for a passed work colleague. I would definitely use this place for any of my family on passing. Plenty of parking for able bodied and disabled parking available close to the crematorium. I wore a face mask so did some others but not required. Very lovely service.

Amazing beautiful peaceful place. We recently cremated my mum here absolutely lovely from start to end. Today I collected the ashes the staff were amazing and although very emotional I felt it was very dignified and heart felt. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful place.
