What a service from this company. Thoroughly deserved 5 stars. We had a full packing service and recommend it with no reservations. The move itself was held up for many hours awaiting release of keys. Bob, Wayne and Martin were so patient and professional and they, plus Shaun, worked extremely hard over 3 days. Nothing was too much trouble. And Bryan... what can I say! So reassuring every time we spoke, calm and positive and patient with someone who found the whole experience so stressful. Many thanks to all of you. I have no hesitation in recommending Woollcotts.

Our move earlier this week went by so smooth. The staff were fantastic on the day and loaded everything so professionally. At the unloading at the new house, everything was put in the appropriate room and even installed the washing machine. I would recommend Woollcotts to anyone. Brian at Woollcotts coordinated the move and requirements in the run up to move so well. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Woollcotts.

The boys were brilliant. We had a lot to move and it was 170 miles to travel. They came in on the 3rd to start packing but also started loading the van then came again early in the 4th until around 10 am and then set off for our new destination, where they would stay overnight and deliver our things at 8am the next morning. They all worked so hard and didn’t stop for a minute. My only down side was, although it was a massive help having my house packed for me, it’s been quite difficult to find the things we need ie my clothes, still searching I think if this was organised and communicated between the boys of the day then this service would be near to perfect Thank you for making our very big house move stress free Very professional, friendly, mindful, happy to help, good value x
