  Thank you Woolfe Jewellery for creating my most precious possession! We had my engagement ring designed and made in early summer 2022. It was finished within the 6 weeks as specified. The whole experience was faultless. We made an appointment and had lovely chats with the jewellers. It was so nice to hold the diamond that was used as the centre stone, and learn more about diamond quality. Special thanks to Desmond who somehow sketched out exactly what I had in my mind, with little explanation. It’s so perfect for me, we had been looking for months but didn’t find anything quite right. So pleased we chose Woolfe Jewellery to design our ring. We’ll be coming back for wedding bands very soon!

  I recently purchased an engagement ring for my now fiancé and what was crafted and delivered was a sensational and standout piece of jewellery. John from the first phone call took plenty of time to talk me through the stones, ring design, sizing help, all of which I was very grateful for. The way the stones are cut seem to sparkle in any light that passes through them. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from start to finish and the ring is sensational. 10/10.

  I had a fantastic experience getting an engagement ring for my partner through John Woolfe and his team at Woolfe Jewellery. I didn't know too much about diamonds or rings at the start but they took the time to explain everything to me, show me different options and also gave me time to consider the choices before I made a decision. Their level of knowledge and attention to detail is exceptional. The ring was ready soon after in good time before our trip to Portugal where I proposed. My partner absolutely loves the ring as does all her friends and family - I have Woolfe Jewellery to thank for this.   John and his team were absolutely delightful to deal with from when I first reached out to when I picked up the ring. Over the course of the pandemic, my partner and I have been largely working from home and in each other’s company most of the time. This could have made finding time to pick and collect the ring very difficult, but John made sure to accommodate my requested appointment times – this was important as the proposal was planned as a surprise. John provided progress updates by email as requested since I preferred a more discreet style of communication. The showroom has recently moved out of the Milton Keynes shopping centre and into a smaller, more personal showroom in Woburn. I much preferred the Woburn showroom as it felt less intimidating and much more private (no chance of any future fiancé walking past and spotting you in the shop!). During the appointments, John and his team were incredibly attentive, patient and by no means pushy. They were interested in understanding what I was looking for style-wise, my budget and found 3-4 options for me to consider. The rings themselves were absolutely stunning and of incredibly high quality (all come with certification). They took the time to explain in detail about each ring and allowed time for me to make my choice. The chosen ring was much larger than my partner's ring size, so John made sure that it was resized in good time. Needless to say, she said yes and the ring fits perfectly! We would both like to thank John and his team for their help and we will definitely be paying a second visit to pick out our wedding bands!

  I visited Woolfe as I wanted to purchase an engagement ring for my now Fiancé. From start to finish the service provided from the team has been fantastic! All staff members have been incredibly polite, helpful and genuine. I really liked the look of the Trilogy and I made that clear when I enquired , when I went to purchase the lady had the Trilogy ready for me and a few others similar which I thought was great! I wasn’t pressured to purchase I was comfortably allowed to look and ask questions and take my time. I purchased the Trilogy as it did stand out to me and it’s beautiful, in the box and on my lady. The service has been faultless and the ring is just perfect! Thank you so much Woolfe, I’m forever grateful for this wonderful ring and experience along the way!

  I visited Woolfe jewellers to have a family diamond necklace modified into an engagement ring. The initial visit took approximately 1 hr and they would have taken longer if needed, the staff were excellent, making sure that all our needs were met. I returned a month later to collect the ring , the smile on my fiancée face said it all, obviously it wasn’t just the ring but it made her day and it was a superb welcome to the family.
