Sam has just finished work on my 17th Century listed Cottage which looks fantastic now. Sam cleaned,repaired and recoated the limestone render on the front of the building using top quality products.He prepared and painted 3 exterior doors,all external windows,2 passageway doors,all cast iron downpipes and a cast iron lamppost. All exterior stone work was coated with Masonary Cream to waterproof,help retain heat and protect the sandstone from the elements. Sam has a great work ethos ,plans out his jobs and cracks on!Always cheery,easy to get on with,likes a laugh without compromising his work. Thanks Sam.
