Total nightmare. After many months of waiting for the £5,000 stair carpet it had to be rejected because the colour wasn't remotely close to the sample. When they eventually delivered the new carpet it came with two irreconcilably different styles and widths of edging many mm different. There is evidently no quality control at Wool Classics London and Julian Brinton the MD/owner refuses to rectify the problem for which his firm is entirely responsible. Whilst I have tried to resolve the issue Brinton has proven evasive, rude, unapologetic and thoroughly unprofessional. Unfortunately and seemingly unavoidably this is going legal.
