My first shipment of crazy Sexy Wool arrived and I am very pleased! So soft and easy to knit. I had a knot in one of my balls of yarn and when I emailed them, Emma returned with an answer quickly and explained that this is not uncommon in natural fibers but offered me a replacement. I will definitely be back!

The Needed Me cardigan has knitted up beautifully and when I ran out of wool with only a few rows of the last sleeve to go (plus sewing together), Emma responded very quickly with an additional ball of wool to allow me to complete it. I ordered a kit & discovered I didn't have enough yarn to finish the last 5 rows of the last sleeve! I contacted customer service via email. It took them about 36 hours to get back to me but they graciously agreed to send me another ball of yarn to finish my sweater, gratis. Emma's response will certainly ensure I order another kit! I had an issue where I only ordered 2 skeins of yarn rather than the required 3 needed. I contacted Customer Service just a few minutes later. While Emma wasn't able to adjust my order, she did offer to reimburse the shipping costs for a single skein. She asked that I contact her with the order # of the new skein, and I did, and she was able to reimburse the $6.95 shipping fee within a very short time! I'm a happy camper, and thank you, Emma!
