I have been taking Max to Anita at woofs to Kittys for the last 7 years and never a complaint! She knows exactly how to deal with giant breeds, give good advice to new dog owners and has a great range of treats toys and harnesses. Came in to get a few bits for my Staffie cross, Anita was so helpful in helping me choose some good chews for his breed and size. Such a good selection of treats, toys, chews and most importantly, ethical equipment. Her dogs are also very sweet. Will definitely be my go to for supplies in the future!

I really wanted to support a small independent local business when taking my dog for grooms, but unfortunately the owner of this business made it impossible by being repeatedly rude and judgemental. We tried a few times, but in the end we've had to switch groomers because it felt like we were paying £60 a month to be verbally abused. Also, she increased her prices just because it was a "Christmas Groom" even though there was nothing special or different about the visit apart from it being in December. To me, that just seemed dishonest and like she was taking advantage of customers. I can see that this issue of rudeness is a common theme throughout quite a few reviews on here and from the responses people are getting back from the owner, it looks like they are not open to feedback nor willing to change, which is such a shame, because the grooms themselves were fine (apart from the one time she gave him a gash with the scissors), but we dreaded having to go there.

I took my little Frenchie Pom here for his first every groom. He was nervous at first, but we were welcomed so graciously by very polite staff and two adorable doggos. He left the groomers smelling incredible (the best he has ever smelt), and we've been coming back ever since! The owner is a delight and so helpful. Even when she is booked with back-to-back appointments she always manages to squeeze us in, shows how much she cares about her customers. I won't go anywhere else for Kaiser's groom. We LOVE Woofs to Kittys!
