    Gina, is caring and considerate, I wouldn't send my Lovely to anyone else. Gina, has looked after her since she was 6 months old - she not only grooms her to perfection from teeth to nails, Gina also advises me on her well being to. I can't recommend Gina enough and will continue to use her services.

    Lovely cuts and staff are polite however charging a client with dementia a late cancellation fee when shes obviously forgotten due to her illness..and has obviously advised you to sort bookings out through family member due to this would obviously make you aware of this, as someone who runs my own business I appreciate its a loss of earnings when someone is a no show/cancels late but when someone has dementia..well it’s morals really, won’t be returning.

    Charged nearly 300 fir 2 dogs ...very rude tried bullying to book in after few weeks wen was shaved so dnt need doing right away.....very bad service and robbery in price done jobs on dog I never asked for

    DONT BOOK TO BE LET DOWN! I made my appointment on the 29th July to take my 2 dogs to woof n go on 10th August 5pm. The woman seemed lovely asking questions about my dogs we confirmed the appointment with £20 deposit the day before I messaged to make sure it was still going ahead but I heard nothing back thought nothing of it. The day of the appointment me&my partner drove 30 minutes only 1 dog down to the groomer as the other dog is 13 & it was 31° so not fare at all to take her but my other dog was malting crazy (hes fluffy)so he needed a groom badly. I got to the shop the door was locked. I knocked on the door multiple times no answer. I rang the woman over 10 times. No answer. I left a voicemail saying I want my money back I've had no response. I've also rang today not picking up. I sent a message saying I think it's wrong to not have the decency or respect to let your customers know when they are being let down. Its just so disrespectful 😒 I just want my money back. If I was you I wouldn't book here. UPDATE... I got a reply the day after saying she was ill & I've now received my deposit back.

    Gina's experience with greyhounds makes her the perfect groomer for our two rescues. She handles them so well and always greets them with joy (and perhaps a little treat!) and they come home immaculate. She lets us know if she finds anything of note, like a lump or change in weight, and makes really helpful recommendations. Over and above grooming she provides valuable care for our hounds that we really appreciate.

    I have booked my dog in twice now and have been let down both times.My first appointment the owner didn’t even bother to turn up and the groomers was shut.After ringing to say I was outside the groomers and getting no answer.Over a week later the owner responded with a message to my daughter,who had arranged the appointment,that she had been ill and apologised offering a further appointment with discount for the inconvenience.We accepted her apology and rearranged for today Saturday 2nd April at 4pm.My daughter has just text to confirm the booking and she has said “ no sorry I’m still ill” This is appalling customer service,as I had planned my whole day around this appointment.The fact that she didn’t have the decency to inform us on both occasions shows just how little value this lady has for customers. Even if she is ill,surely to keep a good reputation for your business,you would inform the customer.To be let down twice,is just disappointing 😩
