These guys were fantastic! Fast, efficient and one of the most reasonably priced providers, I cannot recommend them more highly. They came and quoted us with a very straight-up suggestion, no frills, no hard sell, just facts and their proposed suggestions given our preferred location. On the day of install, they turned up when they said, were very amenable to our suggestions, cleaned up what little mess was created and were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Given a couple of their competitors didn’t even bother to turn up to quote us, these guys are the good ones. You could do a lot worse than getting these guys to install your wood stove burner.

I can't praise Woodstove Trading enough. The work they have done has completely changed the look of our room. We had our entire fireplace rebuilt and a log burner fitted and are absolutely over the moon with it. Helpful and knowledgeable, Nick was able to turn my 'I want it to look like this' from a photo I found in the Internet into reality. The team that did the fitting were all polite, clean, tidy and helpful too. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a burner installed recently by Nick and the team, I had a few companies come to quote but was impressed with the extend of the knowledge Nick has in this field, it immediately put me at ease as he run through the options and told me exactly what I needed. An installation day was agreed and three of them worked all day making sure everything was just right. I cannot fault anything at all and I’ve been really happy with the position, the ease of use and the burner he installed. Would 100% recommend them. Similar Colonel my vizla has never been happier, it turned out all he ever wanted was a low window and a log burner.

Asked for a quote to repair a cracked top plate on our wood burning stove and they informed me that it was beyond repair because the bolts would be sheared. When I took the plate off one bolt had sheared but it didn't matter as the bolt screws into the top plate that was broken and hence discarded anyway. They didn't reply when I asked whether they could restall it once I had fixed it. I think they were just trying to sell me a new stove or maybe they are incompetant. I would expect better service since they were the original installers.

After we were let down by another local company we contacted Nick from the Woodstove Trading company. He couldn't of been more helpful and once we placed the order he kept us updated on it's progress. (Something the other company didn't do at all) The log burner was installed in just one day even though a flue had to be installed into the garage and then up through the roof. Dust sheets were used between the working area and the door to keep the carpets clean and the living room was left cleanand tidy after the install was completed. After a couple of weeks I noticed that the paint had started to peal off the flue in a couple of places this was replaced with new parts as soon as they arrived and again I couldn't fault the service while this repair was carried out. I have already recommended them to a friends and family.
