Had a big issue with the customer service and someone claiming to be the manager refusing to except that there had been an safeguarding issue when not dropping two 11 year old children off at the right school on their first day at high school. Disgusting attitude from this company and the so called manager!!!

Drivers need to learn how to drive. Driving past a school driveway exit, and the coach pulls out when I am driving past nearly side swiping me, as he had to go wide onto my side of the road to pull out. If there hadn't been a small gap between parked cars I would've been hit. Seems like patience isn't a strong point of this particular driver.
