We recently purchased our new home through Woodstock and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They have been a fantastic company to deal with throughout the entire process. Having had a bad experience with one of the large well known developers in yatton we were dubious about buying a new build, however Woodstock genuinely care about their customers. We would like to mention the site manager Dom, in particular, who has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, nothing is ever too much trouble, he's always on hand to help with anything we need and has made the whole experience a pleasure. The home itself has been built to a high standard and we would happily buy a home from Woodstock in the future and would recommend anyone else thinking of buying one from them to do so! It’s a very person Center approach to building, with the team from directors, site manager, supervisor and workers very friendly and approachable. The efficiency within this company is beyond compared, from the time you walk into the office at reception right through the entire process is effective with good ethics. The after care service handled by Administrators is very polite, courteous and spontaneous. There’s involvement of the customer to choose interior design which is applauded and the materials used for construction is of the highest quality. All in all wether it’s a family, partners or single person, you are going to get your money worth, since there houses are purpose built and very cost effective when compared within the market. Additionally there houses are built with the future in mind. It’s carbon considerate and there are Solar panels attached, which in turn makes your maintenance bills affordable.
