Nothing but problems with the car since purchasing. Currently going through complaints with the finance company to try and find a resolution as I’m paying for a car I can’t even use! Update: Independent mechanic sent from the finance company has found many faults with this vehicle which would have been present at time of purchase. Car was sent back, twice with faults also within the first 60 days. These faults are still present. None of which were the brakes? You’ve refused to collect the car as this ‘isn’t something you offer’ but the car will not make the 25 mile journey to your garage so please elaborate on how you are helping this situation? The car has been sat stationary for weeks as the independent mechanic advised me not to drive the car and he wasn’t even willing to test drive it (first time in 15 years he hasn’t test drove a car)! You have also had further contact from me, I had emailed Sophie regarding all the problems to which she said to wait for the finance company to resolve or bring the car to yourselves and I have to pay cost price…

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!! I would definitely recommend anyone to go here and buy your car and I can honestly say you have nothing to worry about. The car hasn’t given me any issues what do ever all service was done before purchasing including MOT and little extras like break discs and a new battery etc. the fella who works there I have forgot his name sorry lol was amazing he came out to get me as I was lost and as it was raining bought out an umbrella and held it for me all the way until I got a true gentleman indeed. If I could rate the service out of 10 I’d give it a 20. The process of buying my car was so straightforward and simple I was aloud to test drive and didn’t feel pressured and even after purchasing I felt like if I need to get in contact I was made felt they will still be there for me regardless. I came all the way from Birmingham to the Manchester branch it was like 3 different trains I had to catch and I can say hand on heart ok doit again in a heart beat so whenever I upgraded or want a new car Woodson Cars is definitely the first place I would look. Keep doing you guys your all amazing!
