Going to run out of superlatives for this firm. Absolutely wonderful. Don't be put off by the word "bespoke" - their prices are more than reasonable and, in my case, way less than a nearby window company. This firm knows its stuff. To date I have had: new patio window, new kitchen door and three internal doors. Workmanship is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. And everyone is so nice. If you can't get through on the first attempt, keep trying - it will be worth it.
