What started as a great service a few years ago has slowly deteriorated in to a shambles! I had two cardboard recycling bins which were emptied every 2 weeks. Then it would stretch to 3 weeks, then 4 weeks........ Now it’s been 3 months! Always promising they will be emptied next week....... I have now threatened to charge them for their bins clogging up my yard!....... Stay away!

Have been using them for few drops of cardboard every couple of weeks . Really nice people i usally just pull up open the van nice lady usally helps. sReally handy for me as small business owner its free quick and easy .

I have been waiting for an order for 6 weeks, have called so many times and every time they say it will be delivered today, every time I phone to complain they say they are low on staff but if that's the case I should not be the one having to phone to chase them when they know it's not coming when they have said.

Haven't had bin collected since November, and get told same thing over and over when we ring, that'll be next week and it never is. Really disappointed as have been a customer for while. Before was usually a good service.

To Whom it May Concern and for future customers of Woodside Recycling. This is the worst service we have ever experienced from a supplier. We have been given numerous dates of collection of waste brochures, none of which have been fulfilled. As a last resort I spoke personally to one of the bosses who assured me our collection would be made to us on Monday 7th October 2019. Monday came and went and still no collection was made. My Philosphy in life has always been and always will be "You lead from the front" This boss obviously doesnt believe in that.He was told on the phone call of the previous week if their bins were not emptied on Monday as promised, his bins would be placed kerbside opposite my shop for all to see. As they have failed again to do as promised this will now happen. I can only advise anyone else wishing to use their services to think very carefully and if anyone else has had the same problems a review on this website would be favourable. A very dissatisfied customer.

Excellent service from these guys for years. Today a random member of the public blocked the bin in preventing access - the drivers weren't fazed and unloaded the bin by hand - that's really going above and beyond the call of duty! Awesome work guys - many many thanks
