    It's found down a bumpy old road, but the location is great. We had a seaview from our cabin and the park was pleasant and quiet. Strict noise restrictions are in place. Facilities in the cabin are good with everything you might need, the place was a bit worn but very comfortable. Would recommend.

    This was our second visit and to our disappointment definitely our last one. Whoever is the lady with blonde bob haircut in her 60s really shouldn’t be working with people. Her rudeness nearly ruin our whole stay and we definitely won’t be returning again. The fact that even at 4:20 our lodge still wasn’t ready, despite our polite questions if there is anything they can do as I have pregnant wife with very bad morning sickness in the car, we’ve been just fobbed off. There was no parking spaces so we had to park on the side of the road, we’ve asked if they can at least let us know the number of the lodge so we can go and park there, but the answer was no. After that this lovely lady run out and shout at us we can be parking where we were parking and find to park somewhere else..?(despite we tried to suggest we’d love to if she tell us where) very bad start followed up by being “punished” with the worst possible lodge next to the maintenance building tacked in the bushes(all the other lodges had at least bit of sea view) We also had just one parking spaces but had 2 cars, so one of us had to find random place further away to park. We had view of hundreds of bin bags and maintenance staff sitting right behind our windows. Pretty much nothing in the lodge worked(eg wine fridge, tv, hot tub keep switching off and cooling down) and the whole restaurant/reception/gym and other facilities were under reconstruction with scaffolding, painters etc so wasn’t usable at all. No one make us aware that this will be happening during our stay. We are quite understanding and tolerant people and could accept most of it if the customer service was better, but being shouted at in place you just paid quite a lot of money to stay is not ok, and this lady should probably switch to a different role and not being allowed to deal with people as she is ruining reputation of the whole place. There was lovely younger lady with glasses in reception which had very professional manners and was very polite despite this “manager” blonde lady shouting around. My suggestion is make this lady a leader, you will have many more happy customers No Noteworthy details: Be prepared to improvise, nothing in this place is working and no one is too bothered to do anything about it.
