I've tried to call 856 times 2 days in a row constantly engaged like they turn phone off can't get appointments my mom has had to go to a private doctor as she couldn't even speak to someone for 3 days im now bed bound with prolapsed disk pain do not register here

In February 2022 my wife started to get a bad back ,by April she was getting pain in her side has well at least once a month she called the doctor but it was phone appointments only. In July the doctor made an appointment for a physio 18 weeks wait, in August my wife had another phone appointments asked if she would send an email to get physio appointment priority because she was in that much pain. It was refused. In October she walked into A@E at Russell Hall hospital she was given an emergency C T scan she had CANCER she died 08/01/23 I believe if the doctor would of seen her face to face in June, July or August she may have a a chance at chemotherapy

Woodsetton doctors surgery what a joke all I needed to do was to see a doctor for some antibiotics like normal but apparently the doctors receptionist is a qualified doctor all of a sudden. This so called surgery either needs to close down or employ receptionists who can do their job properly and not act like they of some what superior. I do think this surgery needs exposing for getting paid and not doing any work. Waste of space do not register with this doctors
