Our initial enquiry to replace an old back boiler was quickly responded to, with a visit by Graham to advise on a suitable replacement and its location. A reasonable quote was quickly confirmed by email. The work was delayed due to Covid isolations by both parties, but Graham quickly agreed new dates in January 2022, to suit us. As well as fitting the new boiler, they removed the old boiler, storage tanks in the loft and airing cupboard, and accessible redundant pipework, they even moved the CO sensor. The works were completed in 2 days by fitters who were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and tidy and took the time to explain the new boiler and thermostat, at the end of the works. Graham and his team did a boiler replacement for us to a combi-boiler in our loft, removal of old immersion heater and tanks and tidying of pipework. From first meeting to the actual installation Graham and his team have been amazing. They answered all our questions during the decision process. The installation took place in April 2021 and was done in 2 days, and during this time, everything was done very professionally. They made time to carefully explain how the new boiler and thermostat works. The best thing is everyone was really friendly and polite and not pushy in any way. Overall they come highly recommended. Graham was so helpful on his first visit that after I saw him, I cancelled every other appointment that I had booked. He took his time to explain everything from the boiler, installation, flow rate, v smart control and the advantages over general ones like hive and Nest. Whenever his boys came around they were as nice as he was that I mistakenly thought they were related to Graham. Two brothers Tom and Tony came to do the job. They were fantastic and so helpful and I could thank them enough. They were very professional, so well informed and their job finishing was amazing and just perfect.
