Do not recommend. Ordered a gift two weeks ago. Despite promising delivery within 6business days it still hasn’t arrived and we have missed the recipients 60th birthday. Customer service exceptionally poor. They don’t return calls and you nearly always have to chase them. Emails also go unanswered. They have sent us the fedex tracking number but then haven’t sent it. I’m unsure if we’ll ever receive the product. I think the refund will need to be chased through PayPal

Woodpics are just great! I ordered 3 15 x 15 Woodpics for family and friends a few days before Christmas, the delivery was fast and reliable (Kent to Hampshire) and the gift wrap was lovely, the woodpics were very well received and appreciated at Christmas!!!
