    I thought I'd try the post office because it is conveniently located, but won't go back. They refused to send my parcel containing two bottles of beer because it was not packaged in bubble wrap. They said it had to be wrapped in bubble wrap. Checking on the post office website, that is not true. If your jobs is to enforce the rules, at least learn them forst please.

    Michelle at the post office counter is just plain mean. Not once seen her smile. Instead she looks down her nose at me and when the card machine couldn’t read my card she told me that it was my fault as I wasn’t putting the card in properly. Instead of helping me there was just a lot of eye rolling, heavy sighs and being told in a condescending manner that “well, it works for everyone else”… I was having a really bad time that day and her nastiness was the cherry on top of the cake and really upset me. MESSAGE FOR Michelle:you don’t know what other people are going through, so in a world where you can be anything please be kind.

    The staff is totally unreasonable to reject our application on the international driving licence. Use different nonsense reasons to refuse the application and suggested taking new picture from the shop nearby. I feel discriminated and do not respect the customer.
