This was my Second visit to BMI Woodlands at Darlington. I was made to feel really comfortable on both occasions and the staff were fantastic. The lady looking after me was called Jean, nothing was too much trouble. From the moment I walked through the reception doors I was made to feel welcome and in safe hands. I would highly recommend BMI Woodlands

Had a total hip replacement performed by Mr Webb and using the robot , the procedure went well I was in at 7.30 in the morning and back out of theatre at 10.20 and in the recovery room

all staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. only downside was the nurses were short staffed and I did have to wait over an hour for some pain meds and a while for discharge, this cant be helped I know but when you are eager to get home you want this part done quickly. All in all a lovely clean hospital and caring staff.

I went to woodlands hospital as a national health patient to have a total knee replacement. Id been unable to go shopping,take dog out or even clean up some days. Immediately after the op my knee was pain free!! Im 5 weeks on and i ferl like a new woman!! I cant thank all the hospital staff,especially the surgeon Mr. Port, and it didnt make any difference to your treatment whether you were a private patient or like myself an NHS patient. Cant wait to get the other knee done!!

As soon as I walked in the hospital I was welcomed and was made very comfortable, when it was time for me to go to surgery I was always reassured and kept comfortable aswell as as soon as I woke the staff was on hand to help me. I could not find a single fault what the hospital or the staff could have done!. Keep doing what your doing as it is perfect. Thank you so so much.
