Fantastic place, everyone so friendly, chalets need better cleaner's has oven was dirty and grease left in tray .but the venue and facilities were brilliant, will go back definitely .such a relaxing 3 day break ,hot tub great too as was the pool and spa .

This facility is a must go to place for a relaxing break. Staff so friendly pristine lodges. Prices excellent Harvey's bar does not over charge resteraunt well worth a visit quality food we will be back.

Very nice place with modern lodges. The reception staff were very polite and friendly. We had an issue with our lodge and Jessica went out of her way to help us, we had a lovely week at the park.

Stayed here for xmas break, great scenery, lovely looking cabins only problem is the cleanliness of the cabin which was filthy. The mattress on the beds extremely uncomfortable , no matter how you slept there was springs sticking in you. The sofa wasn't much better with its springs sticking in your bottom, but what topped it was a pair of dirty underwear left on a shelf in the bedroom ( Not belonging to us ). Very disappointed having to leave early due to not having a good sleep and the rest of it, so sad as it was a place we looked so forward to spending our 1st vacation away for such a long time and it not as you imagine.

Overall .lovely place to stay .comfy.cosy little houses. Disappointed about swimming pool as it was very cold. Also hot tubs allowed to use only until 11 pm which is very disappointing.we were sitting very quietly without lights and a jets in a hot tub and been told off. Never happened in any other cabin we stayed. Also no tea,coffee,sugars in a lodge . Otherwise ok.

It really is lovely here still gave a 5 but it could have better signs around the place as in the dark when we arrived and we got lost. Beautiful surrounding lovely lodge and views over lake x
