Amazing warehouse team, terrible operations personnel (Luke Bartlett). Luke is by far the most unprofessional, childish person I came across in my life. It is shocking that someone of such behavior would be employed by anyone. Treats customers like dirt, thinks that he's above everyone else, makes continuous mistakes and tries to back-pedal. Terrible in all aspects of what he does and how he behaves. David/Ian on the other hand from their warehouse team are by far the best, hard working individuals. The complete opposite of what Luke Bartlett represents (hard work, clear communication, mannerism).

0 💥 Would be more fitting for this poor excuse of a yard . . . . Toilets for drivers is a portaloo down the end of the yard with no hand wash or sanitizing facility. Can't use the inside toilets as its a bonded warehouse. Staffs attitude is the usual to poor towards drivers.
