No fresh bread or rolls on display or sale, hardly any cakes, probably six in total. I found out later, despite the name the Bakery doesn’t in fact sell fresh bread anymore! Very little in choice of cakes. And the sandwich fillings sounded nicer than they actually are in reality. I ordered Chicken & Bacon Caesar sandwich expecting sliced chicken with rasher of bacon. What they actually served was nothing that resembled this, just something covered in mayonnaise! Absolutely horrible and not worth the money. The Egg Mayonnaise was no better, too much Mayonnaise! Definitely won’t be going back there, awful!

Very disappointed this morning with takeaway order. I requested a sausage sandwich and was asked if I wanted it on white bread to which I replied 'Yes please.' I was the asked if I wanted any sauce and I answered 'Just a little brown please.' The lady behind the main counter asked the girl who was serving sandwiches if she was OK with processing this order. When I got home the sandwich was on brown bread with tomato ketchup. Due to dietary and health restrictions I cannot eat brown bread and tomato sauce. I was unable to return to the shop due to fatigue. Thank you Debbie for your reply via DM. I appreciate this was human error which occurred after previously visiting the bakery many times over several years without any issue. Unfortunately the circumstances were not conducive to my returning to the shop in person to discuss this issue with you but I'm happy this has been resolved amicably. I look forward to visiting the bakery again in the near future....
