Woodhouse had our money for 20 years Now we want to remove our tenant they are absolutely terrible. Our tenant owes rent and they have done nothing to help Anita was lovely but the new lady Alice is rude and useless. Don’t give them your hard earned money They don’t even deserve one star the way we have been treated the past two months !

Woodhouse commercial : I’ve been contacting the commercial side of Woodhouse Commercial letting in regards to a public house they are advertising since Monday 17th April to lease . I was told on Monday that someone was going to contact me back that morning to no call . Then Tuesday I called a further 3 times to be told the gentleman was with a client then on a call then out the office . You can imagine I’m frustrated at this point . 5 calls later on the 3rd day of calling to be fobbed off yet again I was obviously annoyed that they keep fobbing me off . Why is it so hard for them to just send out the letting particulars on an email and just liaise with me for 2 mins on the phone . Then because I aired my opinion with the lady who seemed to be the office manager of the agency, she started shouting at me saying stop being rude. Under no point was I rude all I did was ask what is so hard for someone to acknowledge my calls or just send a 1 min email with the letting particulars . A landlord wants their property LET hence instructing an agency for this to happen . Woodhouse don’t seem to want this to happen in this circumstances . Maybe this could be a one off situation for them but in my experience it’s really not nice what they are doing and unprofessional. I’m really disappointed by their professionalism towards me . Doubt I’ll get that call now after this review but I’ll contact land registry to find the landlords in this case .
