    Genuinely useless, appointments all gone at 09:30. Told to ring back in the morning and try again. Other advice is go to the wall in centre or ring 111.

    Tried calling on behalf of my mother this morning as she starts work from 7:30am and unable to call herself, I called 181 times and had the user busy immediately, no ringing at all from 8am to 9:30am. My mum then rang while on her break and was told only 5 people have been on the phone but was still unable to get an appointment. My mum then went to the centre to collect login details for online appointments, where none are available from today 27th March through to June. How ridiculous! She is now going to have to wait until she is on holiday from work to go and stand outside at the door to get an appointment about an issue that has been a concern since January. This has been an ongoing issue for such an extended period of time as both my mum and brother continually have issues with getting any appointment. How can they expect to help those in need when they have no availability for people for 3 months from the time they need an appointment. No one plans to be ill 3 month in advance.

    Even with important hospital letters they won't give you an appointment, I have surgery in 3 weeks and need to see a GP , the busy body reception say they can't give me one till 6 weeks , useless at its best

    I've always found them 5star sorry I'm moving away and having to leave. Been with them since birth. Had one or two negatives but at the side of other practices I've been lucky. Nurses are amazing. Could do with a better morning phone system though

    I've just been. Ive been three times. The first time I kinda felt fobbed off but I've ASD & I should have been more clear about how painful it could be. I answer questions very litterally. I had 2 big toe nails removed. I'd had it done at my own GP. This was much less painful. Loads. Also I asked to not be touched or distracted when they were doing it. Not in a rude way. I have ASD & we cope differently. They were good with that. They were nice today. 👍 I'm sure they've done such a good job I'll never have to go back. 😁

    Alright once you can get the phone answered to make an appointment, started phoning about 8.00 and had to try over 100 times to try to make an appointment only to be told no appointments left for that day try next morning after 8.00.
