Unpleasant customer service by Angela stressful and unnecessary. Although I gave her the measurements for my kitchen, she refused to take back a full box of tiles that cost almost £25. After several phone calls, eventually I got a refund. I was told it was a 'special order' strange that a full palette came in and she manged to replace 21 tiles of mine that were broken. No apologies for my time at having to bring them back. I won't be doing business with Ceramica again.
