Honestly it is disgusting how my family was treated in this gp. The receptionist are awful and disgusting. Their behaviour towards my father was unacceptable. How can a human being treat another person in such away.

Today I called to book an appointment for my son. After torment, they answered the phone. I explained the situation with my son. Answer: The doctor will call at 1:30 in the afternoon. I postponed my work until four o'clock in the afternoon. There are 3 children and a newborn girl in the house. And I will go to work an hour They arrive at four o'clock. And they said to bring a baby now. What do I do. It always happens to me like this

Surgery opening hours begin at 8:30 AM, but if you try to call the surgery between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, the phone will disconnect, claiming they are too busy to take the call. If you try to call later, there will be no more appointments available. In this digital age, where almost everything is done through apps, it is surprising that this surgery does not offer online booking. Furthermore, it is not possible to simply walk in and get an appointment. I would suggest that the people running the surgery find someone more efficient to manage it. The receptionists also have a tendency to be intimidating when speaking to people over the phone, rather than being courteous. What is the Care Quality Commission doing about these kinds of surgeries?

Shocking gp surgery reception staff are rude and the last doctor I seen here scared my son to death by pushing him back in the chair even when I explained he is autistic. Do not use

I am new to UK and the NHS system but after some searching, I found this GP which is near to our house. I read some comments about the reception here which gave them poor review. But actually I find that the receptionists are nice and helpful, I can fix my NHS registration quickly. Also I need to do my third hepatitis vaccination here and the GP is very helpful to make the arrangement for me. I am grateful for them. Cheers!

My partners dad uses this surgery. The receptionist is rude and genuinely believes she is a doctor, she’s not and should learn her place, not argue with patients about her being “not just a receptionist”. Joker.

Phoned up to see if my results had come back for the receptionist to say doctors not seen it yet but I don't think it's infected. How wrong was she it was infected and doctor as put me on stronger antibiotics. Why do receptionists think they are doctors stick to your own job .
