I have been visiting this cmedical center for the past 9 years. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I always feel welcomed and cared for by them. The doctors keep changing so I can't comment on my previous experience with them, specially that the past 3 years, all appointments were over the phone due to Covid-19. I visited the center yesterday to have a adiabatic review and get answers to my concerns. I had the ultimate pleasure to be attended by Dr Imogen Brunner. She is the most humble, caring, understanding, and lovely GP I've ever met there. Her listening skills are outstanding and she has a lovely sense of humer and a friendly nature that makes you forget you are at a medical establishment. She thoroughly reviewed my medical history (which is quite rich), explained everything in details, responded to all my concerns, reassured me and encouraged me to further take care of my health. I usualy fee very nervous when meeting any medical practitioner, but with Dr Brunner, I felt at ease throughout the appointment and left quite saticfied with the Diabetes care plan she provided. I am thrilled that Dr Imogen Brunner is now running this medical center as I've already felt the difference in how things have been managed with the extra care, attention, and follow ups patinats are getting now that she is in charge. A huge thank you to Dr Imogen Brunner for being what an ideal doctor should be.

GP surgeries nationwide are suffering as a result of wider mismanagement, lack of investment and poor workforce planning, so I have sympathy with the staff and doctors working here. That being said, the care (or lack of) has been consistently poor over the last two years and I have since registered elsewhere. I have had to attend A&E and wait for hours to be seen for minor ailments, which could have easily been handled by a doctor in a short two minute consultation. I was referred for an ECG last year and never heard back from the surgery or the practice to which I was supposedly referred. Receptionists advise you to call by 8am for an appointment. I join the queue at 8am precisely. The line is engaged for 25 minutes, to be then told that all on the day appointments have been booked. Eventually receive a call back three days later to have my concerns dismissed by the doctor and received no help at all. In the two years I've been registered at this surgery, I have not been able to see a doctor when I've needed to, nor have I received any care or treatment when it has been clinically necessary. Extremely poor quality service. I will be making a formal complaint to the responsible CCG.

Nightmare to get through by telephone. The receptionist literally hangs up after I've been holding for 5 min. Doctors not willing to give appointments, tests etc. Extremely disappointing service.

Completed the E-consult form and received a call the next day to discuss about my concerns. GP mentioned that the surgery will call to schedule a face to face appointment. It has been more than a week and no follow up call from the GP surgery to schedule the appointment date. Extremely disappointed. Just a suggestion, can you try set up an online link for patients to schedule face to face appointments rather than waiting for a call?

I have been visiting this Centre for the past 2 years; majority of doctors are helpful and professional, but my review is about one individual that left an amazing impression from day one. The first day I visited this Centre at the end of 2019, I noticed that one of the receptionists was very sweet and friendly; later on I came to know that her name is Mary Ryan. Mary is an absolute superstar when it comes to helping patients and making their day easy. She is always smiling, giving informative messages and doing whatever it takes to respond to requests. In few occasions, I needed to have some complicated situations solved urgently. As always, Mary was the only one willing to extend her support and follow up with Doctors and other personnel on daily basis, over the phone, emails, and face to face, until she managed to save the day and help me and my family avoid some serious health complications. I personally can’t say enough positive things about Mary as it would not do her justice, simply because she is exceptionally helpful, professional, ethical, and hard working. I can say with certainty that without Mary at this Centre, patient would have suffered from unpleasant consequences and severe health complications specially during the horrendous 2 past years. Thank you very much Mary for all the amazing service you provide, and I hope my words reaches someone who will take any necessary actions to acknowledge the outstanding and wonderful job Mary Ryan is doing.

I agree with the impossible appointment system as experienced by other patients. Now I have been referred to the online booking system, which refers me back to the practise to register for SystmOnline. And on it goes....
