Placed an order with Woodfield in August 2021 and a charge for $64 was put through immediately. To date, February 2022, have not received the books. Asked for a refund, haven't received that either. A reputable company wouldn't charge you until the order ships.

Outstanding service all round!!!! I ordered a book by telephone yesterday from Woodfield Publishing and paid £3.50 for postage. This is a very heavy book and I am just amazed, that the book has just arrived!!! Thank you Woodfield Publishing for such incredible customer service and thank you Royal Mail for their part in this incredible example of terrific, all-round British business at its best!!!!
