I have attended Dido's Yoga classes for the last nine months, to help with back pain I'm experiencing. The set up the clinic is both professional and welcoming. Dido's classes are very client focused and there is an enormous variety in the excercises undertaken. Dido is always keen stress that clients proceed at their own pace and within their own mobility. I have found my back pain has reduced and my general mobility improved. Thank you.

I don’t know what I would do without Kate as I recover from my injury. She’s practical and positive and reassuring; she teaches me exactly what I need to do to make the best progress.

I first saw Kate some years ago after going to the doctors month after month with a bad back and not having any treatment just pain killers. Kate told me I needed an MRI which she could arrange for me privately. The results of my MRI were quite horrendous. I had three collapsed discs and the trapped nerves that go with it. I decided to go privately to see a back surgeon who operated on my spine putting a cage round it. As a result of Kate’s expertise I was at last getting treatment. I have been to Kate on various occasions since and have always had good results 10/10.

I was pretty sceptical about whether a physio could sort out the problem I had but was astonished when the exercises prescribed by Cordelia relieved my pain and sorted my issue really quickly (a couple of days). I've been back again to address another problem and have followed the recommended exercises with a near religious fervour as they've been so effective. Although it wasn't the aim (I just wanted to get fixed), as a consequence of my treatment, my golf has improved and is more consistent and the back pain I had after playing is gone. If you can follow the advice given and can ensure that you stick to what you're supposed to be doing then you'll be sorted. If you can't do that then you're just wasting your and their time. I wouldn't go to any other physio.
