This company is a complete joke do not order from them. There is no contact details to get in touch with them ie a phone number. We have been waiting for a triple wardrobe that was suppose to be delivered yesterday and are now told it will be another week. We requested a refund and were told that it would take a week for a refund aswel. I will be seeking legal advice today as they can't get away with ripping people off.

Rubbish Bought 10x8 Metal Shed had it delivered to my friend's house as no one would be home nearly compleated the shed instructions say 2 people few hours 4days instructions are useless plus had missing parts for the doors contacted them gave them the part numbers which were missing kept repeating the question for 3 week's they never intended to send the missing part's shed and flapping doors causing damaged have photos but don't know how to add I cannot buy all missing parts so have to Be creative fit a wooden panel to be the support I made a claim with Amazone soon as I did they sent messages to trick me to cancel the claim . They even sent the courier company to collect the shed from my original delivery without any authorisation or permission

Hi, We have ordered 3 seater sofa which cost 299.99 pounds. In the tracking it shows it will deliver today and we are waiting for the item since morning. Now we found a small cardboard box outside the house with 2 packets of cat food. We found that the sticker has been peeled off and sticked the original sticker on it. We are waiting for the item since morning and driver not even ring the bell. It clearly shows the driver has manipulated the sticker and resticked original sticker. Please take appropriate action against the driver because it's a clear case of cheating. At least they could have ring the bell. We are a regular customer of Amazon and never faced any kind of issues. I hope you will refund the money or deliver the safa which we ordered. With regards Renish Thomas
